2. Purpose
This website gives access to FastBite, a cloud service for running restaurants: digital menus and QR ordering, point of sale, kitchen display, takeaway orders, allergen information and invoicing that complies with Spanish rules. The service is meant for hospitality businesses and professionals. Its contract terms are in the Terms of service.
The menus, orders and pages of each restaurant using FastBite are that restaurant's responsibility; it acts in its own name towards its guests.
3. Practice environment (sandbox)
FastBite offers a practice environment, marked on every page with the "SANDBOX" band, where restaurants learn and prepare their setup. Nothing there is real: no payments are taken, no invoices with tax value are issued and orders are tests.
4. Terms of use
Anyone using this website agrees to do so lawfully, in good faith and according to this notice, and not to damage or overload it or try to access other people's data or accounts without permission. The owner may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, our own texts, logos and the FastBite brand belong to the owner or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without permission, beyond what is needed to use the service. The content each restaurant publishes (menus, photos, texts) is its own, and it is responsible for it.
6. Liability
The owner works to keep the website available and free of errors, but cannot guarantee this at all times. It is not responsible for content published by restaurants, in particular prices, descriptions and allergen information, which each restaurant must keep accurate, nor for third-party websites linked from here.
7. Data protection and cookies
How personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; where the user acts as a business, to the courts of Alicante.
